I'm not fully caught up but that actually looked like a good line up. I even paid attention to Gears again...haven't done that in a long time.

Now hopefully, fingers crossed, MS actually delivers the hits and releases a bunch of great games.

Where did I say that they weren't working on anything? Sony announcing 15 live service games has screwed them royally, so much so I think Jimbo was pushed to stand down from his position because of that screw up.

We're nearly 4yrs into this gen and studios like ND haven't even announced a PS5 game yet, so a game from them it like 2 years away, probably towards the end of this gen. And all Sony's devs are years away from releasing games on the PS5. So yes, Sony's devs have games in the oven, but these games are far from ready because Sony won't announce anything.

But you HOPE Sony takes these shows more seriously 🤣

I watched it back yesterday and gave it a 9/10 they threw everything at it the best showcase in years probably since Sony in 2016.

first of all, please provide a link saying the "whole slate of Xbox games are coming to the PlayStation".. because so far, outside of live service games, the only recent and official announcements have been HiFi Rush and Pentiment (with Doom remaining on all platforms just like Call of Duty)..

but Sony did indeed say a "whole slate" of PlayStation titles are coming to PC.. so, by that logic, does that mean a PS5 is useless if you own a PC?..

i mean, you just listed a handful of games from PlayStation that haven't made it to PC yet as some proof that their "whole slate" isn't available while, at the same time, ignoring the fact that vast majority of Xbox 1st party titles aren't available on PlayStation..

and you are also avoiding the question: if you have a gaming PC, is the PS5 useless?..
